I Fell Off The Stairs 3 Weeks Ago. Sprained My

I fell off the stairs 3 weeks ago. sprained my right foot ankle and it also swelled. Doctor gave me pain killers. I went back to him 4days after told him about pains in my back, legs, knees and toes. He sent me to Physio but only my foot and back has been attended too. I went back to him about headaches I get after physio and he said what has that to do with with my foot. So my question is: Since the physio I have these headaches is it Normal.
