I Fell On A Concrete Step About 26 Hours Ago.

I fell on a concrete step about 26 hours ago. I fell hard on the center of both of my knees but my right knee has a huge gash. My parents wouldn't let me get stitches at the hospital so we bought butterfly stitches at the pharmacy. It is a deep puncture wound that is still oozing/bleeding and has soaked through 5 dressings. My butterfly stitches are beginning to peel off and I'm not sure what to do at this point.
