I fell on an outstretched hand 12 weeks ago, was told that i had lunotriquetral coalition and to just wear a brace until it felt better. 12 weeks later it still feels the same, hurts to bend my wrist, hurts to grip especially over time, or put weight on it especially in a pushup position.The Capitate bone is what hurts not the lunate or triquetrium. the capitate is also tender to touch.
