I Fell On Concrete A Few Months Ago And Am

I fell on concrete a few months ago and am having trouble with knees. Initially very bruised and some fluid, extremely sore spots. Now burning, stinging still the sore spots which if touched very painful. Cannot kneel and have a sensation in right knee of cold water dripping or running. Had examined second day and was told contusion. Should this be healed by now and what do I need to do to follow up?
