I Fell On Holiday About A Week Or So Ago

I fell on holiday about a week or so ago and woke up with a very sore back , right at base of spine I think it's called coxix and then having shooting pain up back when I would move to shift in chair very sudden also when turning in bed sudden pain ,thought it would get better but is still very sore, had pain down my leg 2 days ago , keep thinking it will be ok?
