I Fell On My Bicycle Two Or Three Months Ago,

I fell on my bicycle two or three months ago, last week I noticed a bulge on the side of my leg where I had landed. It is soft and about the size of an almond. I haven't worried to much about it. But today that leg was hurting a little bit. Should I be concerned?
