I Fell On My Face And Landed On The Left

I fell on my face and landed on the left side of my face. My face hit the metal of wheel Barrel and part of the wood. There was a cut but that is not bad. It is swollen and I hardly touch it but it does not feel like it is broken at all. Does it need to be seen by a doctor or can I just use ice on it?
