I Fell On My Front With A Cell Phone Tucked

I fell on my front with a cell phone tucked into my sports bra i have a newly broken foot now i ca'nt breathe or reach for anything i also rolled on my right side thinking i may have a fraction of the hip and my 3 degenerative disks also hurt breathing really hurts please advise thank you
