I fell on my knee and it was swollen and painful went to the hospital they diagnosed me with knee effusion but that's been a week ago now my knee hurts when I touch it but they don't hurt when I walk on it for staying only when I touch it or bend bit or touch its it feels like something is moving when I touch it
