I Fell On My Side About 4 Hours Ago. I

I fell on my side about 4 hours ago. I had a bottle in my pocket . My ribs hit tt the bottle y the bottle came in contact with the rick surface i walked on. I have pain but only if i ebreath real deep or twist moving the rib area. I also have slight chills. My blood preasure is 117/77. Im normally a little low. What do you recommend?
