I Fell On My Side/back Rib Area Onto A Molded

I fell on my side/back rib area onto a molded plastic shower stall floor. Ribs hurt when moving and breathing. Had xrays and showed nothing broken but only did back and not side of rib cage. Noticing 4 days later, pain is intolerable without pain meds and stomach is distended/bloated looking. Should I be concerned and schedule with my pcp?
