I Fell On RT Shoulder 5 Years Ago. Had MRI

I fell on rT shoulder 5 years ago. Had MRI major sprain nothing broke. Did rehab but I've always have pain in sternum and under scapula, especially when I run or play sports with arms above shoulder like basketball. Dr sees nothing but I never been the same after accident
