I Fell On Sacrum When Standing On To A Carpet

I fell on sacrum when standing on to a carpet 2 weeks ago
It was v painful to rise from chair & walk afterwards
I am still having bad pain both buttocks when walking or clenching buttocks
I can sit ok
Is this a normal scenario & how long will pain last since I am restricted in walking
