I Fell On The Cement And Used My Hands To

I fell on the cement and used my hands to brake my fall but my elbow hurts so much I can barely bend it, I cannot make it straight and if I twist my arm even the slightest bit it sends shooting pains to my shoulder and I also can't squeeze anything or else I get shooting pains. What should I do?
