I Fell On The Cement Earlier This Evening About 3

I fell on the cement earlier this evening about 3 hours ago. Other than a scraped knee, i am now exeriencing intense pain in my right foot. I am unable to put any pressure in that foot. I am able to move my ankle and my toes, but my instep and bottom of my foot are very painful. I am also somewhat nauseated and shaking.
