I Fell On The Ice A Couple Months Ago Landing

I fell on the ice a couple months ago landing mainly on my left hip & buttock , lowest area of the left back. I now have pain that started about a week and a half ago on my right back above my tail bone that radiates to m right hip. I already had pain in my right knee & foot from orthoscopic knee problems and a growth on my bone in my right foot.
The reason why I am writing is because now the pain from my right hip is traveling forward towards my groin area. I am 52 years old and am not in the best of health but I work at least a 40 hour week among other things I have to do.
