I Fell On The Ice A Week Ago. Initially There

I fell on the ice a week ago. Initially there was some pain and discomfort but manageable pain. This morning I awoke to some unbearable pain. It took over six hours to get the pain under control. I have a prescription for Percocet for treatment of spinal stenosis. The meds and ice have helped but still have very sharp pain on my left side midway down below my back above the kidney area. Is there anything else I can do for pain relief. Tried some Advil and it seemed to help some.
