I Fell On The Outside Part Of My Leg Just

I fell on the outside part of my leg just below my knee almost a month ago, and I still have a huge bump that is a pale color I have a pain down my whole leg numbness in that area, swelling in ankle and foot, and some bruising in foot and ankle. I had ex-ray and no break, and an ultra-sound and no blood clot. What is going on?
