I Fell On The Side Of The Bath Tub (slipped

I fell on the side of the bath tub (slipped on the rug.) I have a huge bruise on my left side and my ribs are hurting. (Everything goes from under my left breast to my stomach.) I have used pain killers and ice. Is there anything else I should do? I have no breathing problems, just terrible pain. Thank you.
