I Fell One Week Ago Dr. Xrayed It And On

I fell one week ago Dr. xrayed it and on the underside you could see a crack but, on the upper X-ray did not show any crack. Is the wrist fractured or not? Dr. did say if I still had pain in the coming week come back and we would X-ray again. The swelling is down but I still have some pain, he gave me a brace to wear.
