I Fell Onto Outstretch Hands 2 Weeks Ago, Since Then,

I fell onto outstretch hands 2 weeks ago, since then, dull pain throughout the day in the base of my right wrist. If I attempt to put pressure on the palm of my hand (say to get up or use it to turn a steering wheel) I get a horrible shooting pain from the palm of my hand to mid forearm. It shoots down the middle. I also have slight tenderness to the touch on my pinky finger side at the base of my hand top of wrist.
