I Fell Out Of Bed And Landed On The Left

I fell out of bed and landed on the left upper part of my bottom this was Friday. It instantly swelled from center to side, long and very hard. The bruise is enormous and is dark purple. My right side is leaning down I straighten up but it will bend over. Do I need to go to ER?
