I Fell Playing Squash And Landed Breasts First On Hard

I fell playing squash and landed breasts first on hard floor. I completely winded myself. This happened 3 weeks ago. My bruised ribs due to underwire bra pushing into them are healing slowly but I still have pain in my breasts. Is there anything I can do?
