I Fell Putting The Star On The Christmas Tree. I

I fell putting the star on the Christmas tree. I hit the edge of the stool I was standing on and a huge bump resulted. I did that about two hours ago. The swelling has gone down, but it's still quite painful. Is there anything I should do for it.
