I Fell Really Hard On A Sharp Metal Object And

I fell really hard on a sharp metal object and hit my leg in the thigh area a little above my knee to the left. It caused a huge bruise and now the bruise is gone but there's a large lump. The accident was 2 weeks ago. Should I be concerned? There's no pain or discomfort, I'm just a little worried.
