I Fell Really Hard On Back And Head 5 Days

I fell really hard on back and head 5 days ago after i slipped on a wet floor, i did not get head but i got chest pain immediately. The following morning i woke up when the pain had migrated to my neck muscles, two days after it migrated back to my chest right behind the sternum near the xiphoid process. I get a lot of pain on deep breaths, coughing and bending. Some times i feel as if the pain is pulsating. Could it be a fracture?
