I Fell The Other Night And Landed On My Elbow

I fell the other night and landed on my elbow against my rib.I went to hosp and had x ray nothing was broke.2 days later the pain was so unbearable.Back to the hosp I went. Theydid so may tet diagnosis chest contusion.today the pain lke in a straiht line.going under my boob. could it be a nerve that has been hurt
