I Fell This Morning Into A Planter On My Right

I fell this morning into a planter on my right side half way catching mysel but hit my head on the rim of the planter wall. A bump immediately formed and I iced it as soon as I got home. Bump is gone. hOwever the right side of my breast and rib cage is quite sore. Hurts to stretch or cough or deep breaths. aM I just bruised or is it more serious?
