I Fell Today And Landed Really Hard On My Tale

I fell today and landed really hard on my tale bone, within a few minutes I had spots in my eyes for about 10 nutes and nausea and bad headache. I have a history of migraines and these are the symptoms I usually have before migraine. Could the Jolt from the fall caused something more serious.
