I Fell Twice, 3 Weeks Apart, In The Street, Blacked

I fell twice, 3 weeks apart, in the street, blacked out momentarily. In between the two falls I had an episode where the room was spinning around. Since then I am dizzy, prone to headaches, feel like I am falling and can sometimes see blurry. My neurologist prescribed Thermoscope. I do not have any allergies. MRI notes 'mild mucosal thickening in the left maxillary sinus. Any idea what this means? What can I do to stop the dizzyness, etc?
