I Fell Two Months Ago Suspected Scaphoid And Trapezoid Fracture

I fell two months ago suspected scaphoid and trapezoid fracture X-ray in conclusive. Been in cast since then which eases the pain better than brace. Had ct scan last week results show nothing I'm still in a lot of pain? Been left in cast for further week to two? I'm not satisfied with consultants treatment. What do u recommend?
