I Fell Two Weeks Ago And Hit The Back Right

I fell two weeks ago and hit the back right side of my head. My doctor confirmed a concussion. The lump and swelling reduced until it was a painful fluid filled lump on my head. Admittedly I picked at it a little and suddenly the fluid began to pour out. This was a relief to the external pain I was suffering however now, where the bump was is a fairly sizeable dent when I press in. Around the dent is hard. I have absolutely no neurological symptoms, is this something I should be concerned about?
