I Fell Walking A Few Weeks Back On The Side

I fell walking a few weeks back on the side of my face, was treated and released from the ER. I am on Coumadin. Everything is healed, other than a little soreness on my cheek and eybrow. My question is I had a fat lip that was very sore to touch, inside my mouth was sore too. The bruising is gone but it's still puffy and not sore. I Can actually move it, is this a Hematoma?
