I Fell While Power Walking About 5 Weeks Ago And

I fell while power walking about 5 weeks ago and my right side was painful on my ribs and breast and my knee was swollen and bruised. I am in a different country and can not afford a DR but I did call my Dr in the states and she told me what to do. I am feeling alot better but still tender in my breast area and my knee has a lump on the top left side...what can I do for this? I am 65
