I Fell While Running And Hit My Forehead On The

I fell while running and hit my forehead on the dirt. My head whipped back when I fell and my neck has been hurting pretty badly for thre past two days. I have a small bump where I hit my head but no bruise. I have just been putting ice on my head and neck and taking ibuprofen. However, Now my left eye feels like it is bruised to the touch. I did not see a doctor. Would do you think could be causing the pain in my eye?
