I Fell While Skating A Rail An My Left Foot

I fell while skating a rail an my left foot got caught under the opposite side of the rail I fell over creating a large bruise going all the way down to my heel after the bruise went away I continued having a large lump and pain when I touch it it feels like there is something moving under the skin??
