I Fell While Snowboarding Last Sunday And Landed Really Hard

I fell while snowboarding last Sunday and landed really hard on my hip. That day I could barely put pressure on my leg to walk then by the next day it felt a lot better. Now it's Friday and the pain is back. It hurts to the touch and feels super sore.
