I Fell While Walking On My Icy Sidewalk Yesterday Hard.

I fell while walking on my icy sidewalk yesterday hard. My feet went out from under me and i slammed down on my arm. I know its not broken but it hurts to lift it or put any weight on it. It hurts a little up my neck and back too but i dont know if it would be necessary to go to the hospital or not. What would you suggest?
