I Fell With An Item In My Pocket And Received

I fell with an item in my pocket and received a severe contusion of my middle thigh. I have swelling, bruising. This happened two weeks ago. Blood collecting around my knee and lower thigh now. Biggest problem is tingling and numbness, trouble sleeping, etc. What is best way to treat this? Thank you. YYYY@YYYY
