I Felt A Little Lump Along The Upper Part Of

I felt a little lump along the upper part of my left jawline. I can move it a bit side to side. It only hurts when I apply pressure to it. I'm only 14 years old. Is it something to get worried about? I also recently bit my lower lip and it is currntly sore. (If that helps)
