I Felt A Pain In The Left Side Of Groin

I felt a pain in the left side of groin when coughing. There is no bulge. About a little over three weeks ago I had surgery to fix a ingruinal hernia on the right side. I also have pain in my lower back on the right side and muscle spasms in my thighs . Right now the spasms in the left side are worse .
