I Felt A Popping/bursting Sensation In My Head And I

I felt a popping/bursting sensation in my head and I now have Moderate pain which started at the front of my head but now it's at the back of my head just above my neck as well. Shorty after the bursting feeling I started to cry at a quite that wasn't sad at all, not sure if this is related
