I Felt A Sharp Pain On The Left Side Of

I felt a sharp pain on the left side of my chest by my heart, it felt like a knife went thru, it last only few seconds and went away but my chest it was sore for few minutes, I checked my blood pressure and it was little elevated 155/83, my pulse was between the normal limits; what do think it was
