I Felt A Tightness In My Chest Two Nights Ago

I felt a tightness in my chest two nights ago while I was preparing dinner; I have never felt this before. I got worried....i opened up one of the windows (it was a very cold evening) to get a breath of fresh air and I felt better. That feeling has not occurred since. Is this something I should be concerned about? I take Valsartan 12.5mg and Amlodipine 2.5mg once a day. Thank you.
