I Felt Dizzy Because I Was Careless About Eating The

I felt dizzy because I was careless about eating the whole day, n I fell on a granite floor. Had a small goosehead which is painful to touch and I experienced mild nausea. I put some ice and the swelling has reduce. I have a slight headache. Should I visit a doctor?
