I Felt Down Face Down During My Childhood And After

I felt down face down during my childhood and after that incident I started facing severe pain in my chest. I cannot breath freely,sneeze, cough,laugh loud and get up from my bed without support. I went for a treatment and had my x-ray, ECG and Lipid Profile done.

And in xray result says that bilateral lung fields showed prominent markings lower zones. what does that mean?

Doc say that my cholesterol is high,that is all he said. And the pain is getting worst.
Will really Appreciate if any of you can help me,or advice me what I m suppose to do.
