I Felt Like I Have To Burp But I Can't

I felt like I have to burp but I can't burp and I was like that yesterday and like that today no shortness of breath but on the second day I felt kind of faint and now I got numbing feelings all the way down my both arms and my fingers and then it went from my fingers to my head to the front of my lip
