I Felt Like There Was Something Stuck In My Throat

I felt like there was something stuck in my throat all day and when I went to go check if I could see something using a torch and sticking out my tongue I could see what appeared to be a ball of flesh stuck inside. It's just far enough back that I can only make out that it's slightly lighter than the rest of my throat but looks like flesh in the shape of a ball in the middle of my throat. It's not blocking up my breathing and it's not sore but it is extremely aggravating and make me feel like I have to swallow
