I Felt Nausea, Extreme Stomach Upset. I Got Out Of

I felt nausea, extreme stomach upset. I got out of my truck and I came to laying on the pavement and I had pooped in my pants. I was dizzy and for several minutes could not stand up. I was unable to walk well when I got up. I went into a facility and cleaned up. I have a cut above my left eye and no recalection how I got it or what I hit. I am back in my truck...but I feel whoosh.
