I Felt Some Things Like Nodules In Breast Which My

I felt some things like nodules in breast which my doctor advice l go for excisional biopsy after some test results proved that it is lymph nodes,the result of the excisional biopsy came out to be fibroadenosis,now something like sore came up where the surgery was done so l quickly went to my doctor who place me on antibiotics and told me is nothing to worry about that the wound will heal up,now my question is it truly nothing to worry about ? What can l do to be healed ?l don't want any issue with my breast.
